CCS Nova Scotia

CCS Nova Scotia is a not-for-profit corporation whose members include the Province of Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Power Inc. and Dalhousie University. They are conducting multidisciplinary research into the issues involved in the capture, transport, storage and monitoring of stationary sourced carbon dioxide emissions in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.

Nova Scotia 2009 Energy Strategy

In January 2009, the province of Nova Scotia released the 2009 Energy Strategy and its companion, the Climate Change Action Plan.

Both documents share the same goal: grow the economy while protecting the environment.
